Hello!
I’m a Game Designer focused mainly (not exclusively) on 3C, combat, balance and immersion as well as innovative gaming-specific takes on animation, art and audio.
Recently year I got my first commercial studio experience while working remotely as a QA Tester for Kool2Play studio and their game, Uragun. Since the studio knew I was a Junior Game Designer, apart from typical QA duties I was also involved in general gameplay feedback and suggestions. For the final release, one of my weapon trait ideas was implemented into the game.
Around 4 years ago, after over a decade of working in high-profile live entertainment as a sound engineer for established music artists (Jorja Smith) as well as large scale broadcast events ranging from e-sports events (League of Legends World Championship, Apex Legends Global League Finals) to televised sports (Formula 1 GP races), I’ve decided to pursue a new trade from scratch.
As an amateur musician, my heart has always been on the creative side of media and entertainment and I’ve decided it’s time to focus fully on that instead of being stuck in the time-consuming career of freelance services.
So for 4 years in my free time, I’ve tried exploring every possible aspect of game development within Unreal Engine and Unity as well as getting familiar with industry standard auxiliary software (Maya, Blender, Adobe Suite).
All of my released projects can be seen in the PORTFOLIO section.
After joining multiple online free collaborations and testing myself in various random team environments I now feel more than ready to begin a serious game dev adventure providing input that represents the best of my abilities.

Which resulted in one of my weapon trait ideas being implemented into the final release of the game.

“I had worked with Jarek for several months prior to the Uragun 1.0 launch, and I must say that he is one of the most dedicated and hardworking folks I have cooperated with. His passion for games is tangible, and his eye for detail is superb. He had a real influence on the final quality of our game, and we owe him a lot! He is one of those guys who embodies great determination and deserves a chance in the game development industry.”

PERSONAL FLUFF
I would describe myself as an honest, focused and open-minded individual who takes genuine pride in being reputably “very easy to work with” by previous employment accounts. Thanks to my experience in high-profile live environment I’m very comfortable with working under pressure and overcoming challenges new and unforeseen. I would consider my standout skill to be problem-solving.
In my free time I’m an amateur music producer, a half-decent bass player, and a kickboxer with terrible cardio.
